My garden herbal tea blend

2 handfuls of mint
4 pcs rose petals
2 tablespoons anise
1 handful of lemon balm
1 handful of chamomile flowers
1 handful Cornflowers
3 pieces of lavender
5-10 sage leaves

Step 1
Aniseed kick off in a mortar. Mince and mix all remaining ingredients coarsely. It can be used fresh or dried herbs. Brew with hot water. Fresh herbs 10 min and 5 min, dried herbs can draw.

Step 2
Tip: Since the dried herbs often crumble into small particles, use tea bags.
