Even the scent of jasmine good for the soul. They therefore enjoy a freshly brewed cup of jasmine tea before bedtime. We wish relaxed dreams!
1/2 tsp of green jasmine tea leaves
1 piece of rind of 1 organic lemon (2 cm)
3-4 leaves lemon balm
Bring 200 ml of water to a boil.
Wash the lemon and grate the peel carefully. Pour boiling water over tea leaves and lemon zest with the water and let steep for about 3 minutes.
Everything strain through a sieve into a cup. Wash the balm, put in the tea and serve tea immediately hot.
