Ginger and quince tea


Ginger has so many good qualities. It helps against colds and nausea. Therefore, this tea is a great companion, especially in pregnancy.

Ingredients
1 piece of ginger (about 1 cm)
1 tsp quince jelly

Step 1
Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.

Step 2
Boil 200 ml of water and simmer for about 5 minutes with the ginger. Then pour the tea through a strainer into a cup and sweeten with the quince jelly.
