Ginger-lime tea


Helps with colds and it's refreshing in summer.

Ingredients
1 liter of tap water
4 tablespoons honey
50 g ginger
1 piece of lime
1 piece mint sprig

Step 1
Peel the ginger, cut into cubes and chop the lime. Boil water with ginger and honey.

Step 2
Remove from heat and add lime and mint.

Step 3
5 - leave for 8 minutes and strain through a sieve. Serve warm or cold.
