The ideal tea when the winter comes and the cold time. Ginger is good for the immune system and the spices taste wonderfully Christmassy.
Ingredients
1 piece fresh ginger (about 2 cm)
3 cardamom pods ,
2 tsp of licorice root (Pharmacy)
1/2 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
1 tablespoon of Rooibos tea
250 ml milk
Step 1
Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. The cardamom pods in a mortar. Both boil with 250 ml of water, licorice root, cinnamon and cloves. Cover and simmer gently 10 minutes.
Step 2
Rooibos tea to stir and leave for another 10 minutes. Pour in the milk and let get hot. Pour the tea through a strainer into two tea glasses or cups. Do not drink too hot after eating.
