Apple and quince tea


apple and quince tea
The tart fruit is cooked winter drink with allspice and served with raisins (for removal spoons) into the cup.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons loose apple tea (Turkish tea shop or grocery store)
1 cinnamon stick
4 allspice berries
1 piece of organic lemon peel
400 ml quince juice (health food store)
2 tablespoons sugar candy ,
2 tablespoons raisins

Step 1
Pour the tea with cinnamon, allspice berries, lemon zest and 350 ml of water in a pot. Bring the tea to a boil, then covered and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Step 2
The quince juice and leave to be with hot 5 min. Distribute candy and raisins on mugs or heat-resistant glasses and pour the tea through a strainer. Serve with tea spoons for stirring.
