Red Iced Tea


Ingredients
4 bags of Mallow
½ liter of cherry juice
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup blueberries (about 200 g)
Ice
6 toothpicks or skewers red party

Step 1

Ginger and quince tea

Jasmine

Ingredients
1/2 tsp of green jasmine tea leaves
1 piece of rind of 1 organic lemon (2 cm)
3-4 leaves lemon balm

Step 1
Bring 200 ml of water to a boil.

Step 2
Wash the lemon and grate the peel carefully. Pour boiling water over tea leaves and lemon zest with the water and let steep for about 3 minutes.

Step 3
Everything strain through a sieve into a cup. Wash the balm, put in the tea and serve tea immediately hot.

Raspberry leaf tea

Rooibos tea with apple

3-4 dried apple pieces
1 shot apple juice (substitute honey)

Step 1
Boil ¼ l water. Give rooibos tea, clove, cinnamon and apple in a saucepan and pour over the water. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.

Step 2
Pour the tea through a strainer and sweeten with apple juice.

Spiced Tea


The hot drink is an extended weekend breakfast on the icing on the cake.

Ingredients
1 walnut-sized piece of fresh ginger
5 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
200 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon black tea leaves
Sugar or runny honey (to taste)

Step 1
Peel the ginger and cut into slices. The cardamom pods squishing, coarsely crumble the cinnamon. Give 400 ml of water with slices of ginger and spices in a saucepan, bring to the boil, cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 2
Add milk and sugar and boil it all again. Add the tea leaves, remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to pull covered for 2-3 minutes. The Chai pour through a sieve and serve in the cups. Sweeten to taste.
